Want a Bed...supply only the finest made to order products available on the internet, we pride ourselves on a speedy and efficient service.
All of our products, being made to order, are manufactured in the UK to exacting specifications and will be delivered within 14 working days of placing your order. Some itmes are available quicker, please email us with your chioce.
Our transport team are second to none and will contact you directly to arrange your delivery with you. A smart two man team will deliver your products to a room of your choice. Should you be completely happy with your purchase, they will also unpack and install all products with the exception of products that require assembly (ie. wardrobes, guest beds and bedsteads).
We also have the option at this point to collect and dispose of your current furniture or bed at a very reasonable rate, please see our Collect & Dispose section for prices and details.

Returns PolicyAirsprung and Hush will collect free of charge any product that is faulty upon receipt or within the guarantee period of 1 year, (within the terms of the guarantee, providing that the fault is wholly atributed to a manufacturing defect)

CancellationsShould you wish to cancel your order, we require writen notice of your intentions within 7 days of purchase (email is accepted). There is a cancellation fee of £20.00. Should you already be in receipt of your order and we need to have them collected from you, a further charge of £70.00 will be levied due to the tailor made product and transport costs.
Please ensure that all products are packaged as delivered, as any opened or used items cannot be returned. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure safe keeping of the items until collection.
